Impacts of different human activities on antibiotic resistance genes and microbial diversity in lake sediments

The objectives of the present study were to explore the characteristics of ARGs and microbial distribution in the lake sediments. This study serves as a supplementary effort to understand the pollution status of ARGs in the lake environment. It provides scientific references for promoting the green and healthy development of livestock and aquaculture and for ecological and environmental safety management.

本研究旨在探究湖泊沉积物中抗生素抗性基因（Antibiotic Resistance Genes, ARGs）与微生物群落的分布特征。本研究为明晰湖泊环境中抗生素抗性基因的污染现状提供了补充性研究支撑，同时可为推动畜牧与水产养殖业的绿色健康发展，以及生态环境安全管理提供科学参考依据。
