Gene expression during gastrulation in the coral Acropora tenuis

To characterize changes in gene expression during gastrulation, we performed RNA-seq analysis in Acropora tenuis. Total RNA was extracted from key developmental stages corresponding to blastula (12 h postfertilization, HPF), gastrula (24 HPF), and post-gastrula (48 HPF).

为解析原肠胚形成过程中的基因表达变化，我们对纤细鹿角珊瑚（Acropora tenuis）开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。我们从对应关键发育阶段的样本中提取总RNA，所涉阶段包括囊胚（受精后12小时，HPF）、原肠胚（受精后24小时，HPF）以及原肠胚后期（受精后48小时，HPF）。
