Genome-wide identification of circular RNAs with critical roles in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

The aim of this project is to identify and characterize circular RNAs with critical roles in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). circRNA sequencing was performed using non-tumor human pancreatic ductal epithelial cells (HPDE) and PDAC cells PANC-1 and SW1990, to identified the deferentially expressed circRNAs in PDAC.

本研究旨在鉴定并表征在胰腺导管腺癌（PDAC）中发挥关键作用的环状RNA（circRNA）。本研究以正常人胰腺导管上皮细胞（HPDE）、胰腺导管腺癌细胞系PANC-1与SW1990为实验材料开展环状RNA测序，以筛选胰腺导管腺癌中差异表达的环状RNA。
