Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) play a pivotal role in agriculture, enhancing plant growth, controlling pathogens, and offering environmentally-friendly alternatives to agrochemicals. Among them, Pseudomonas species are well-known inhabitants of the rhizosphere due to their competitive potential and adaptability to various environments. In this study, the aim was to investigate the effect of different doses of Pseudomonas fluorescens on soybean cultivation and its impact on the soil microbial composition and the soil-plant system.

植物促生根际细菌(Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria,PGPR)在农业领域发挥核心作用,可促进植物生长、抑制病原菌,并为农用化学品提供环境友好型替代方案。其中,假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)物种凭借其竞争潜力与对多样环境的适应能力,是根际环境中广为人知的定殖类群。本研究旨在探究不同剂量的荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)对大豆栽培的影响,及其对土壤微生物群落组成与土壤-植物系统的作用。
