This data pertains to the drivers of circular economy practices and the correlation between circular economy practices and sustainable performance.Using survey data from 415 firms in China, the analysis reveals that institutional pressure, perceptions of policy benefits, and process innovation capability all have a significant and positive influence on circular economy practices. Moreover, circular economy practices significantly improve environmental, economic, and social performance. Digital technology also strengthens the link between circular economy practices and sustainable performance.
