La chaux-de-fonds (Switzerland) waste water treatment plant microbial community monitoring

The study monitored wastewater treatment plant microbial evolution of the city of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Samples were collected at different stages of the treatment plant during two monitoring period between 2018 and 2020. The first phase focused on inlet, outlet, and overflow channels, while the second phase monitored inlet, biological treatment stages, and outlet.

本研究对瑞士拉绍德封市（La Chaux-de-Fonds）污水处理厂的微生物演化情况开展监测。研究于2018至2020年间的两次监测周期内，采集了该厂不同处理阶段的样本。首轮监测聚焦于进水渠、出水渠及溢流渠；第二轮监测则覆盖进水渠、生物处理工段与出水渠。
