利用分子束外延技术制备出了蜂窝状结构的硼烯和单层铝原子构成的二维异质结构,并利用角分辨光电子能谱技术测量发现了其中受对称性保护的狄拉克锥结构。
该数据集包括了利用扫描隧道显微镜以及原子力显微镜对硼烯和单层铝构成的二维异质结构的形貌及电子态进行表征的原始数据和分析文件。
Using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), a two-dimensional heterostructure composed of honeycomb-structured borophene and single-layer aluminum atoms was fabricated. Symmetry-protected Dirac cone structures within this heterostructure were observed via angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES).
This dataset contains raw data and analysis files obtained from the characterization of the morphology and electronic states of the borophene-single-layer aluminum two-dimensional heterostructure using scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).
