To investigate the effect of FHL2 overexpression in the regulation of adipogenic differentiation, we established a stable cell line overexpressing FHL2-GFP and CTRL-GFP by lentiviral transduction. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 3T3-L1 cells overexpressing either FHL2-GFP or CTRL-GFP at day 0 and day 2 of adipocyte differentiation.

为探究FHL2过表达在成脂分化调控中的效应,我们通过慢病毒转导构建了稳定过表达FHL2-GFP与对照(CTRL-GFP)的3T3-L1细胞系。实验整体设计:对成脂分化第0天和第2天的、分别过表达FHL2-GFP或CTRL-GFP的3T3-L1细胞的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
