Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC) is one of the deadliest cancers worldwide. We performed 71 Whole-exome sequencing of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma on Chinese Patients.EGA study EGAS00001001475食管鳞状细胞癌（Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma, ESCC）是全球范围内致死率最高的癌症之一。本研究针对71例中国食管鳞状细胞癌患者完成了全外显子组测序（Whole-exome sequencing）。该数据集隶属于EGA研究编号EGAS00001001475。
