2023-11-08 ClinVar VRSified set of Variant ids

This dataset is from the 2023-11-08 release of ClinVar. It is a subset of the clinvar variants that were processed through the VRS-Python project to produce a GKS VRS compliant representation of the ClinVar variants in VRS 1.x format. This is one of several files that was used by the ClinGen AI data Transformation Tool.
