We reported the transcriptome profiling of FBZ-treated SKOV3 ovarian cancer cells. A total of 1747 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified, including 944 downregulated and 803 upregulated genes. 本研究报道了芬苯达唑(Fenbendazole,FBZ)处理的SKOV3卵巢癌细胞的转录组谱。共鉴定出1747个差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes, DEGs),其中944个为下调基因,803个为上调基因。京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)富集分析与Reactome富集分析结果显示,差异表达基因主要与有丝分裂及细胞周期相关通路相关。本数据集聚焦芬苯达唑(FEN/FBZ)对SKOV3细胞系转录组的调控效应。
