To examine the differences of AMs by disease. Overall design: We performed transcriptome analysis of AMs from BALF of the RA-ILD (n = 5), IIM-ILD (n = 6) and DI-ILD groups (n = 5).

为探究不同疾病来源的肺泡巨噬细胞（Alveolar Macrophages, AMs）的差异，本实验整体设计如下：我们对类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病（Rheumatoid Arthritis-associated Interstitial Lung Disease, RA-ILD，n = 5）、特发性炎性肌病相关间质性肺疾病（Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy-associated Interstitial Lung Disease, IIM-ILD，n = 6）及药物性间质性肺疾病（Drug-induced Interstitial Lung Disease, DI-ILD，n = 5）三组患者的支气管肺泡灌洗液（Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid, BALF）中的肺泡巨噬细胞进行了转录组分析。
