Transcriptome analysis of Mesorhizobium huakuii 7653R and its derive strain 7653R-mreB in TY medium and nodule on Astragalus sinicus.

We introduced the actin-like mreB homologue from Pseudomonas into Mesorhizobium huakuii 7653R, and examined the molecular, cellular and symbiotic phenotypes of the resultant mutant.
