Log2 signal intensities are reported for the most highly expressed genes as evidenced by microarray analysis. Values in parentheses are standard errors. Sequence similarity searches were conducted through dbEST, NCBI, and Swiss-prot using a translated query. All accession numbers are for GenBank.
