该菌株在CM0181培养基上28 ℃生长良好,需氧类型为好氧可用于研究；教学；分析检测。可采用-80℃冰箱冻结法；真空冷冻干燥法进行保藏。在PDA培养基，25℃培养3天，菌落白色奶油状，质地粘稠，边缘不整齐。耐二氧化硫55ppm，耐pH 3.5。 葡萄酒酿造
This strain grows well on CM0181 medium at 28 °C and is aerobic. It can be used for research, teaching and analytical testing. For preservation, it can be stored via -80 °C freezer storage or freeze-drying (lyophilization). When cultured on PDA medium at 25 °C for 3 days, its colonies are creamy-white, with a viscous texture and irregular margins. This strain tolerates 55 ppm of sulfur dioxide and pH 3.5, and is suitable for winemaking.
