Draft genome assembly of <i>Rorippa islandica</i>

This dataset includes draft genome assembly data of <i>Rorippa islandica</i> and its annotations. Genome sequences were assembled from illumina genome-seq reads (SRR1801303) obtained from the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA). The gene structures on <i>R. islandica</i> genome sequences were estimated using Augustus with <i>A. thaliana</i> training dataset.

本数据集包含沼生蔊菜（*Rorippa islandica*）的草图基因组组装数据及其注释信息。其基因组序列系从获取自美国国家生物技术信息中心（National Center for Biotechnology Information, NCBI）序列读取档案（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）的Illumina基因组测序读段（SRR1801303）组装得到。研究人员采用搭载拟南芥（*Arabidopsis thaliana*, *A. thaliana*）训练数据集的奥古斯都（Augustus）软件，对沼生蔊菜基因组序列上的基因结构进行预测。
