All cells secrete extracellular RNA (exRNA), however the roles of secreted RNAs are still not fully understood. Here, we are profiling the small RNAs secreted from Caco-2 cells. ExRNAs were isolated as different fractions: total extracellular, intravesicular, extravesicular, and nonvesicular (abitrarily named as Total ExRNA P40, P100, S100). 所有细胞均可分泌细胞外RNA（extracellular RNA, exRNA），但目前对于分泌型RNA的生物学功能仍未完全阐明。本研究针对Caco-2细胞分泌的小RNA开展表达谱分析。本次研究将提取的细胞外RNA分为四类组分：总细胞外组分、囊泡内组分、囊泡外组分及非囊泡组分，分别命名为Total ExRNA P40、P100、S100。实验整体设计为：对从Caco-2细胞中分离得到的细胞外RNA进行小RNA测序（small RNA seq）表达谱分析。
