原始虫株于2015年从武汉市花鸟市场的金鱼分离，通过金鱼在体传代。该感染系统主要包括无虫金鱼、纯种的小林三代虫、人工感染技术和带虫金鱼维持。该感染模型主要用于寄生虫的实验生态学研究和杀虫药物的筛选。
The original parasite strain was isolated from goldfish collected from a flower and bird market in Wuhan in 2015, and serially passaged in vivo in goldfish. This infection system comprises parasite-free goldfish, purebred *Gyrodactylus kobayashii*, standardized artificial infection protocols, and the maintenance of goldfish harboring the parasite. This infection model is primarily utilized for experimental ecological studies on parasites and the screening of antiparasitic drugs.
