Photoacoustic vascular image dataset

We used the OR-PAM system established by our research group to conduct animal experiments on mouse ears and obtained normal vessel data and tumor vessel data for microvessel segmentation. Normal vessel dataset has a total of 69 images, 48 of which are used for training and validation, and 21 for testing. All experimental animal procedures were carried out in compliance with protocols approved by the Animal Studies Committee of the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

本研究团队搭建了光学分辨率光声显微镜（OR-PAM）系统，并针对小鼠耳部开展动物实验，获取了用于微血管分割的正常血管数据与肿瘤血管数据。正常血管数据集共计包含69幅图像，其中48幅用于训练与验证，剩余21幅用于测试。所有实验动物操作均严格遵循中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院动物研究委员会批准的实验方案执行。
