“CORRELATION OF HAND GRIP STRENGTH AND SHOULDER STRENGTH WITH SMASHING ACCURACY IN FEMALE BADMINTON PLAYERS”

eight four female badminton players were included. For hand grip strength, dynamometers were used. The players performed a medicine ball test to determine their shoulder strength. Players concurrently perform the smash stroke performance test for smashing accuracy.
