<b>Proteomic analysis of HIV-1 gp120 in HMC3 microglial cells</b>

Whole cell proteomic analysis was conducted in data-dependent acquisition (DDA) mode on HMC3 microglial cells treated with 500 pM gp120B (catalog #12570) or gp120C (catalog #12582) obtained from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) AIDS Reagent Program for 24 hours.本研究采用数据依赖采集（data-dependent acquisition, DDA）模式，对经美国国立卫生研究院（National Institutes of Health, NIH）艾滋病试剂项目提供的500 pM gp120B（货号#12570）或gp120C（货号#12582）处理24小时的HMC3小胶质细胞开展全细胞蛋白质组分析。
