通过室内模拟单元,利用原位海水、高精度CO2加富以及薄膜梯度扩散(DGT)原位监测技术,明晰了主要痕量元素在海洋酸化驱动下的迁移转化过程以及沉积物—海水体系中的扩散迁移与再平衡行为,解析了由此产生的生物毒性效应和生物可用性影响。
Employing in-situ seawater, high-precision CO₂ enrichment, and diffusive gradients in thin films (DGT) in-situ monitoring technologies within an indoor simulation unit, this study clarified the migration and transformation processes of major trace elements driven by ocean acidification, as well as the diffusive migration and rebalancing behaviors in the sediment-seawater system, and analyzed the resultant biotoxic effects and impacts on bioavailability.
