Sequencing data of an introgression line carrying wild chromosomal segments at /qSH3/ and /sh4/ region in the genetic background of wild rice and those of the highest/lowest bulk of seed-shattering degree in the BC1F2 segregating population between the introgression line and /Oryza sativa/ IR36.

本数据集涵盖两类测序数据：其一为以野生稻为遗传背景、携带有/qSH3/与/sh4/区域野生染色体片段的渐渗系（introgression line）的测序数据；其二为该渐渗系与栽培稻（Oryza sativa）IR36杂交构建的BC1F2回交一代分离群体中，落粒性程度最高与最低的混池样本的测序数据。
