We performed bulk RNA-seq of trigeminal ganglia (one sample=2 trigeminal ganglia from one mouse) of 8-week-old female C57BL/6 and Rag1KO mice that underwent either sham-surgery (controls) or extraorbital lacrimal gland excision (dry eye model) 10 days before tissue harvest. There are 3 samples per group and 4 groups (2 strains and 2 treatments).
本研究针对8周龄雌性C57BL/6小鼠与Rag1KO小鼠的三叉神经节(trigeminal ganglia)开展批量RNA测序(bulk RNA-seq),单个样本取自1只小鼠的2个三叉神经节。所有受试小鼠于组织取材前10天接受两种处理:假手术(sham-surgery,作为对照组)与眶外泪腺摘除术(extraorbital lacrimal gland excision,用于构建干眼症模型(dry eye model))。本数据集共包含4组实验,对应2种小鼠品系与2种处理方式,每组设置3个生物学重复样本。
