In this study, we sequenced the RNA content of endometrial biopsies from Holstein cows at day 6-8 to identify candidate genes and describe biological mechanisms for endometrium receptivity and pregnancy establishment upon transfer of IVP embryos. Overall design: 23 RNA-Seq profiles of endometrial biopsies collected from 23 Holstein cows on day 6-8 in dioestrus. In the same animals one in vitro produced embryo was transferred on day 6-8 in the following cycle. The pregnancy status was determined after slaughter on day 26-47.

本研究对荷斯坦奶牛(Holstein cows)发情后期第6-8天的子宫内膜活检组织的RNA转录本含量进行测序,旨在筛选子宫内膜容受性相关候选基因,并阐明体外生产胚胎(In Vitro Produced embryos,IVP)移植后子宫内膜容受性建立与妊娠确立的生物学机制。 整体实验设计:共收集23头荷斯坦奶牛在发情后期第6-8天的子宫内膜活检组织,构建23套RNA测序(RNA-Seq)转录组图谱。所有受试奶牛在后续发情周期的第6-8天均移植1枚体外生产胚胎,并于屠宰后第26-47天确定其妊娠状态。
