Rhizosphere microbiome following long-term foliar fungicide treatment

Rhizosphere microbiome of Andropogon gerardii and Lespedeza capitata from plots which received foliar fungicide application or water controls. The experiment was conducted in a paired plot manner to account for location effects. Our goal was to determine the impact of long-term foliar fungicide application on the rhizosphere microbial communities of native grass species. This data is paired with edaphic chemistry, plot biomass data, and NDVI to investigate connections between above and belowground microbial processes.
