企業內部出口管控制度(ICP)認證廠商

依據「企業內部出口管控制度認定要點」，企業內部已建構7項管理要件(包括正式公告、權責劃分、檔案紀錄、訓練計畫、通報流程、訂單處理系統、內部查核等)及3項篩選要件(包括出口管制實體清單篩選、出口管制貨品清單篩選、紅色警戒清單篩選等)者，得向貿易署提出認證申請。截至目前為止，經貿易署認定之企業內部管控制度(Internal Compliance Program，簡稱ICP)廠商名單已超過70家。

Pursuant to the "Key Points for the Recognition of Enterprise Internal Export Control Systems", enterprises that have established 7 management requirements (including official announcements, division of responsibilities and authorities, file records, training plans, notification procedures, order processing systems, internal audits, etc.) and 3 screening requirements (including export control entity list screening, export control goods list screening, red alert list screening, etc.) may submit certification applications to the Trade Bureau. As of now, the number of enterprises recognized by the Trade Bureau as having qualified Internal Compliance Program (ICP) has exceeded 70.
