poststroke patients

This is a single-center retrospective cohort study which includes patients with stroke.
CT-based analysis of cervical muscle and fat at odontoid process level was performed within two weeks of stroke onset.
After 6 months of stroke onset, patients were evaluated with functional parameters such as grip strength, modified Barthel Index, and Berg Balanace Scale.

本研究为单中心回顾性队列研究，纳入脑卒中患者。于脑卒中发病后两周内，针对齿状突（odontoid process）层面的颈部肌肉与脂肪开展基于计算机断层扫描（Computed Tomography, CT）的分析。脑卒中发病6个月后，对患者开展功能参数评估，评估指标包括握力、改良Barthel指数（modified Barthel Index）以及伯格平衡量表（Berg Balance Scale）。
