ThermoScientific ANTARIS II spectrometer gave absorbance spectra in wave numbers with a range of 4000 to 10001 cm-1 and a resolution of 3.86 cm-1. Samples were divided into 10 subsamples (aliquots) and poured into 0.8 cm diameter vials (about 2ml) which was scanned once. For each subsample, an average (spectrum) of 64 spectra were recorded.

赛默飞世尔（ThermoScientific）ANTARIS II型红外光谱仪采集了波数范围为4000~10001 cm⁻¹、分辨率为3.86 cm⁻¹的吸光度光谱。将待测样品分为10个子样本（等分试样，aliquots），并将每份子样本装入直径0.8 cm、容积约2 ml的样品瓶中，对每个样品瓶进行一次扫描。针对每个子样本，记录64次扫描所得光谱的平均光谱。
