我们采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,检测受Tet2或衣康酸(Itaconate, ITA)处理影响的基因。实验整体设计:将野生型(Wild Type, WT)与Tet2基因敲除的RAW264.7细胞先用辛基衣康酸进行预处理,随后经脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide, LPS)诱导;每组处理设置3个生物学重复。
