In this study, we introduce plasmid-wide CRISPR interference (CRISPRi) screens as a tool to dissect plasmid-associated fitness effects. We designed and performed CRISPRi screens targeting the globally distributed carbapenem resistance plasmid pOXA-48 in 13 different multidrug resistant clinical enterobacteria. The sequences encompassed under this Bioproject include the raw sequencing reads for the different timepoints (t0, t1, t2 and t3) and replicates (n = 3) for all the strains studied.
本研究引入全质粒水平CRISPR干扰(CRISPRi)筛选技术,作为解析质粒关联适应性效应的研究工具。我们针对全球广泛分布的碳青霉烯类耐药质粒pOXA-48,在13株不同的多重耐药临床肠杆菌科菌株中设计并开展了CRISPRi筛选实验。本生物项目(Bioproject)所涵盖的序列包含所有研究菌株的不同时间节点(t0、t1、t2与t3)及3次生物学重复(n=3)的原始测序读段。
