Reproducibility repository for "A transcriptomic resource for Dentomuricea aff. meteor reveals shared stress-response architecture across deep-sea invertebrate lineages" (Bettencourt, Martins, Colaço, Carreiro-Silva). Contains the re-assembled transcriptome (Trinity v2.15.2, 575,058 transcripts), TransDecoder ORF predictions, the Trinotate v4.0.1 functional annotation database and flat reports, OrthoFinder orthology outputs (definitive five-anthozoan comparison and a preliminary three-species sensitivity run), machine-readable supplementary data tables (Data S1-S8), canonical analysis scripts, and raw reciprocal DIAMOND comparison outputs against Bathymodiolus azoricus.
