The influence of different intervention methods on the gut microbiota

NC stands for normal mice without intervention group, NA stands for normal mice with ASA intervention, PC stands for adenoma mice without intervention, PA stands for adenoma mice with ASA intervention, CP stands for colorectal cancer mice with probiotic intervention, and CPA stands for nodal intervention. Rectal cancer mice combined intervention, RC represents no intervention in colorectal cancer mice, and RA represents ASA intervention in colorectal cancer mice. 0611, 0702, 0723, and 0813 represent time points. 1, 2, and 3 after the time point represent the number of samples in the same group at the same time point. For example, NC06112 represents the second sample of the NC group collected on June 12.
