The data of this experiment was used to create transcriptome that served as a reference for single cell transcriptome data. Reads from single cell transcriptome were mapped to reference created from this data.

本实验产生的数据用于构建转录组（transcriptome），作为单细胞转录组数据的参考序列。单细胞转录组的测序读段（reads）将被比对至由该数据构建的参考转录组。
