A novel coordination polymer (CP), namely, [Mn(tib)<sub>2</sub>(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub>]<sub>n</sub> (<b>1</b>, tib = 1,3,5-tri(1H-imidazol-1-yl)benzene) has been prepared under hydrothermal condition and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Furthermore, a green hand grinding technique has been implemented to reduce the particle size of the complex <b>1</b> to generate nanoscale <b>1</b> (denoted as nano 1 hereafter). In addition, its protective effect on the peri-implantitis diseases was determined. The peri-implantitis animal model was established and the compound was given for indicated treatment. The macrophages polarization in the periodontal tissue was detected with flow cytometry. Then, Enzyme Linked Immune Sorbent Assay (ELISA) detection kit was performed to measure the Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α) content in the tissues after compound treatment.

一种新型配位聚合物(coordination polymer, CP),化学式为[Mn(tib)₂(NO₃)₂]ₙ(记为化合物1,其中tib为1,3,5-三(1H-咪唑-1-基)苯),通过水热法制备,并经元素分析、红外光谱及单晶X射线衍射分析完成表征。此外,采用绿色手工研磨技术对配合物1进行粒径缩减处理,得到纳米级配合物1(下文简称纳米1)。本研究同时考察了该化合物对种植体周围炎的防护作用:首先构建种植体周围炎动物模型,按预设方案给予该化合物进行干预治疗;通过流式细胞术检测牙周组织内的巨噬细胞极化情况;随后采用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme Linked Immune Sorbent Assay, ELISA)试剂盒,测定化合物处理后组织中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量。
