To obtain more insight into microbiomes in aquatic food webs and possible influencing factors, we used high-throughput 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing to assess diversity and composition of microbiomes associated to copepods, cladocerans, phytoplankton, as well as free-living bacterioplankton and how these are affected by warming and other environmental parameters. We investigated this by comparing the zooplankton and phytoplankton associated microbiomes as well as the free-living bacteria in the water column of five artificially warmed-lakes.

为深入解析水生食物网中的微生物组及其潜在影响因素,本研究采用高通量16S rRNA扩增子测序技术,对桡足类、枝角类、浮游植物相关微生物组及自由生活浮游细菌的多样性与群落组成进行评估,并探究增温及其他环境参数对这些微生物组的影响。本研究通过对比5个人工增温湖泊水体柱中的浮游动物、浮游植物相关微生物组与自由生活细菌群落,开展了此项研究。
