2020 Soil Characterization measurements at Clatskanie and Corvallis, Oregon Populus Trichocarpa GWAS Populations

This is the soil data that was collected as part of the Bio-Scales project conducted at ORNL from 2020 – 2022. This data is referenced in the data release manuscript, "An integrated metagenomic, metabolomic and transcriptomic survey of Populus across genotypes and environments" , Schadt, et. al. 2023. (manuscript in preparation)
