Data for oasis-referenced surface urban heat island assessment in Urumqi, China: thermal anomalies, and landscape metrics

This dataset supports a satellite-based, oasis-referenced surface urban heat island assessment of the main urban area of Urumqi, China. It includes(1) oasis-referenced land-surface-temperature anomalies (TA_oasis) derived from six ECOSTRESS overpasses during 2019–2024, and (2) derived landscape metrics, including PLAND and AI for blue–green and gray surfaces. Source datasets obtained from third parties, including ECOSTRESS, WUDAPT, ERA5-Land, the DEM, land-cover data, canopy-height data, and building vectors, are not redistributed here.
