This paper dealt with the quality control of angular measurements which are a critical element in the construction of subway tunnels and similar projects, in which it is necessary to maintain precise alignments and points coordinates on an open polygonal without controlled closing and with direct application on guiding digging machines and tunnel construction. Thus, methods and procedures to control the precision and accuracy of these measures were studied. Performance of several total stations, in several campaigns were analysed; a quadrilateral and their angles were measured and adjusted to serve as a standard, to allow not only the assessment of the precision, but also the accuracy of the equipment. As a result, proposals, procedures and criteria were presented to be incorporated into standard quality control measurement of angles.
本研究围绕角度测量的质量控制展开探讨——角度测量是地铁隧道及同类工程施工的关键环节。此类工程需在无强制闭合的开放多边形布设中维持精准的轴线与点位坐标,且测量结果需直接应用于盾构掘进机导引与隧道施工作业。据此,本研究针对此类测量的精度与准确度控制方法及流程开展了研究。研究分析了多轮测试中多台全站仪(Total Station)的表现;通过测量并平差四边形及其内角以构建基准,不仅可评估设备的测量精度,亦可验证其测量准确度。最终,本研究提出了可纳入角度测量标准质量控制体系的建议、流程与评判准则。
