Simulation script that evaluates the delete-two Jackknife resampling approach that was used in the partial correlation analysis of the present study. The simulation evaluates the risk of getting a false positive finding if there is no total-brain-volume-dependent bias in estimated total intracranial volume from FreeSurfer. The different parameters in the MATLAB script may be changed to see how the risk of getting a false positive finding changes. The current parameters were set to resemble those of the present study.
