TFAP2A and MITF binding sites were identified in SK-MEL-28 cell lines using Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease (CUT&RUN). Overall design: We targeted TFAP2A and MITF by CUT&RUN sequencing in wild-type SK-MEL-28 cell lines. All experiments were conducted in duplicate. IgG was used as a background control.

采用靶向切割与释放核酸酶(Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease,CUT&RUN)技术,在SK-MEL-28细胞系中鉴定出TFAP2A与MITF的结合位点。 实验整体设计:本研究在野生型SK-MEL-28细胞系中针对TFAP2A与MITF开展CUT&RUN测序实验;所有实验均设置两次生物学重复;以IgG作为背景对照。
