Embryonic lung are harvested from time pregnant mice Overall design: Epithelium and mesenchyme were isolated from 4 embryonic mice (BALb/c, E12.5) and hybridized in a two-color design (epithelium vs. mesenchyme). These are dual channel arrays but analyzed like single channel.

胚胎肺上皮（epithelium）与间质（mesenchyme）差异表达基因的鉴定。实验材料为孕龄确定的妊娠母鼠的胚胎肺组织。实验设计概述：从4只BALb/c品系、胎龄为E12.5的胎鼠中分离上皮细胞与间质细胞，采用双色杂交实验设计（上皮组vs.间质组）。本实验采用双通道芯片，但数据分析采用单通道分析模式。
