克罗恩病（Crohn’s disease, CD）是一种累及胃肠道的慢性炎症性疾病。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing, scRNAseq）技术，解析克罗恩病患者疾病进展不同阶段的肠黏膜细胞活性与转录活性。实验整体设计：本研究对回肠末端黏膜来源的单细胞通过scRNAseq技术进行处理与分析。
