本发明公开了一种培养梓叶槭小苗的方法,其中,首先采集翅果,对其进行处理,然后于低温下保存20~40d;然后依次剥离去掉果翅及内部种子的种皮,获得种仁,然后浸泡于水中进行发芽;最后于培养用土壤中进行培养,获得梓叶械小苗。其中,本发明通过前期提高发芽率以及后期培养时对培养用土壤、空气湿度以及培养用土壤的含水量等进行严格控制,使得梓叶槭小苗的成活率得到显著提高。
This invention discloses a method for cultivating Acer catalpifolium seedlings. First, samaras are collected and treated, then stored at low temperature for 20–40 days. Next, the samara wings and seed coats enclosing the internal seeds are sequentially peeled off to obtain kernels, which are then soaked in water for germination. Finally, the kernels are cultivated in cultivation soil to obtain Acer catalpifolium seedlings. This invention significantly improves the survival rate of Acer catalpifolium seedlings by enhancing the germination rate in the early stage and strictly controlling factors such as cultivation soil, air humidity and soil moisture content during the later cultivation stage.
