本数据集档案包含与基于比对的蛋白质突变景观预测(Alignment-based protein mutational landscape prediction)相关的数据与工具,对应研究为Abakarova等人2023年发表的《以少获多(doing more with less)》。DOI:https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.12.13.520259。本数据集所有数据均依托于可在https://github.com/OATML-Markslab/ProteinGym获取的ProteiGym替换基准测试集(ProteiGym substitution benchmark)。所有预测结果均通过基于比对的突变结果预测工具GEMME(alignment-based mutational outcome predictor)计算得到,该工具可在http://www.lcqb.upmc.fr/GEMME获取。如有疑问,请联系elodie.laine@sorbonne-universite.fr。
