Effect of microplastics pollution on the gut microbiome of anecic and endogeic earthworms

In this study we explored the effect of microplastic pollution on gut bacterial microbiome of endogeic and anecic earthworms. The experiments were performed in sandy soil with 0.2% of light density polyethylene microplastics (LDPE MPs).
