Diatom counts of sediment core NBP20-02 KC72 from Cranton Bay, West Antarctica

Samples were settled using the settling method of Scherer (1994) and Warnock and Scherer (2015). Diatoms were counted at 1000x magnification using an oil immersion objective lens in the ZEISS Primo Star 2 microscope.

样本依照Scherer（1994）以及Warnock与Scherer（2015）提出的沉降方法完成沉降制样。使用蔡司（ZEISS）Primo Star 2型显微镜，搭配油浸物镜（oil immersion objective lens），以1000倍放大倍率对硅藻（diatoms）进行计数。
