Negative allosteric modulation of AMPA receptors by a dibenzobarrelene aza-heterocyclic series at the perampanel-binding pocket is modulated by TARPγ8 in GluA2- and GluA2GluA3-containing assemblies
收藏资源简介:
This supplementary material supports the manuscript “Negative allosteric modulation of AMPA receptors by a dibenzobarrelene aza-heterocyclic series at the perampanel-binding pocket is shaped by TARPγ8.” It provides the full experimental and analytical dataset for the ND-1 to ND-8 compound series, including electrophysiological inclusion criteria, raw peak-current recordings, concentration–response analyses, desensitization, deactivation and recovery kinetics, receptor-class selectivity data, statistical testing, docking results, and structure–activity relationship descriptors. Together, these data support the pharmacological characterization of the ND series as AMPA receptor negative allosteric modulators and clarify how TARPγ8 influences their functional profile.
