We report that HAT1 regulates chromatin accessibility of large chromosomal domains that correspond to regions of high H3K9 methylation density. Overall design: Examination of H3 K9me2 and H3 K9me3 histone marks in mouse immortalized mouse embryonic fibroblasts.
