The objective of the project is to determine transcripts associated with trees (Abies divino) symptomatic and asymptomatic due to tropospheric ozone in a forest naturally exposed to ozone. Data comes from RNAseq sequencing. The 18 sequencing libraries from poly(A)+ enriched RNA were prepared, and then sequenced in a Hi-Seq 4000 in a 150PE sequencing lane at the University of Berkeley, USA
